Greycourt is a premier provider of financial advisory services to wealthy families and select endowments. Greycourt seeks to follow open architecture in its purest sense. We do not engage in money management
activities – not even funds of funds – nor do we operate related business activities, such as custody, brokerage or fiduciary services. We accept no compensation other than those fees paid directly by our clients. By contrast, closed architecture models offer only proprietary products, while
hybrid firms try to offer both outside and proprietary solutions.
Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Greycourt operates out of four offices: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Houston, Texas; Minneapolis, MN; and Portland, Oregon. Our four locations
ensure that Greycourt will be geographically convenient to almost any client, as well as to the many talented managers we engage. We currently advise on approximately $8 billion of client assets.
With an average client size of approximately $130 million, Greycourt serves private and institutional investors ranging from $25 million in investable assets to a number of Forbes
400 Families. Our relationships are typically full retainer engagements, but we occasionally accept assignments that are more project-oriented.
Each of Greycourt's managing directors has over twenty years experience advising some of America's wealthiest families. Insights into areas such as family office
management, private banking, and fiduciary and tax issues are available to all Greycourt clients as they deal with issues that extend far beyond traditional investment matters.
Greycourt widely distributes its various white papers on far-reaching investment issues facing investors today. As a
