Gretchen Shoup

Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director

Gretchen Shoup is Greycourt’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) and a managing director. As COO, she is responsible for overseeing Greycourt’s daily operational activities including technology, client service, performance reporting, office administration and human resources. She works closely with Greycourt’s management committee regarding the firm’s financials, day-to-day operations and overall strategic planning.

Gretchen joined Greycourt in 2005 and has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to Greycourt, she was an assistant vice president at Federated Investors, a multi-billion dollar financial services company in Pittsburgh.

Gretchen holds a BS in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she is a member of the Business Advisory Council for the Eberly College of Business and Information Technology.

Elizabeth Jones

Director of Investment Services

Liz joined Greycourt in 2002. As Director of Investment Services, she is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Client Service Group. Liz has an extensive background in financial services operations including custody and account structure. Prior to joining Greycourt, Liz was the Director of Operations for Allegheny Financial Group and has held various other positions in financial services since 1986.

Liz has a BA degree in management, with a concentration in finance from Seton Hill University.

Lisa Thomas

Director of Administration

Lisa joined Greycourt in 2000. As Director of Administration, she is responsible for human resources, payroll, regulatory compliance and overseeing the daily office administration functions, including information technology. Prior to Greycourt, Lisa was a trust officer with Mellon Bank and has held various other positions in banking and financial services since 1983.

Lisa is certified as a Senior Professional in human resources and has completed coursework towards a BS degree at Point Park University. Lisa is a member of the Corporate Volunteer Council (CVC) of Pittsburgh. The CVC is dedicated to helping companies of all sizes begin, build and grow their internal volunteer and civic engagement programs.

Jamie Linhart

Performance Reporting Manager

Jamie joined Greycourt in 2003. As Performance Reporting Manager, he is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Performance Reporting Group, which includes the preparation of client reports. Jamie has vast experience with performance analytics and daily operations. Prior to joining Greycourt, Jamie was a manager in the Fund Treasury Department of Federated Investors and had held various positions in the industry since 1993.

Jamie has a BS degree in accounting from Robert Morris University.

Dana Schmitt

Administrative Team Supervisor

Dana joined Greycourt in 2003. As Administrative Team Supervisor, she is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the administrative team including providing support to the Greycourt Management Committee and senior team members of the firm. She also serves as a back-up to the Director of Administration. Prior to joining Greycourt, Dana was an administrative assistant at Market Place Print, which was a division of MARC, USA and for Convergent Lending Services, LLC. Dana is a graduate of the Bradford Business School and has completed basic accounting course study at Point Park University.

Andrea Diguglielmo

Accountant

Andrea joined the accounting team at Greycourt in 2007. Andrea is responsible for recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable and related administrative duties. Prior to joining Greycourt, Andrea worked for twelve years as an accountant for a family run business.

Laura Everroad

Marketing Coordinator & Office Manager

Laura joined Greycourt in 2011 as Marketing Coordinator and Office Manager for the Portland office. She is responsible for assisting the Director of Marketing with all aspects of marketing and communication strategy, including response to RFP’s, event coordination, prospect tracking and producing and maintaining marketing materials. She is also responsible for day to day operations in the Portland office and serves as the main contact for all vendors and building management.

Prior to joing Greycourt, Laura worked at CTC Consulting starting in 2004 as a production coordinator and was later promoted to marketing coordinator. She began her career working at two high profile law firms in the Portland area.

Christina Watson

Administrative Assistant

Christina joined Greycourt in 2012 as an Administrative Assistant responsible for reception duties, ordering supplies for the Pittsburgh offices, producing client reports for mailing and assisting the advisors with travel arrangements and other administrative requests. Prior to joining Greycourt, Christina worked for a small computer consulting firm. There her responsibilities included answering phones, scheduling, ordering office supplies and checking UPS and Fed Ex orders.

Christina has a BS in communications with an emphasis on public relations from Slippery Rock University.

Karen Culley

Senior Client Account Administrator

Karen joined Greycourt in 2007 as a senior client account administrator. Her duties include gathering all necessary historical data, custodial statements, historical returns and market values, cash flows and contact information. She also maintains historical client files, prepares paperwork necessary to transfer securities and monies between client accounts, and processes general client requests. Prior to joining Greycourt, Karen worked at Reed, Smith, Shaw & McClay and Rockwell International. She also previously worked as a paralegal and manager of corporate data at The Hillman Company.

She received a BA in legal studies from the University of Pittsburgh and her paralegal certificate from Robert Morris College.

Karl Vogt

Senior Client Account Administrator

Karl joined Greycourt in 2007 as a senior client account administrator. His duties include gathering all necessary historical data, custodial statements, historical returns and market values, cash flows and contact information. He also maintains historical client files, prepares paperwork necessary to transfer securities and monies between client accounts, and processes general client requests. Prior to joining Greycourt, Karl worked as a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley and for five years in BNY Mellon’s Private Wealth department.

Karl received his BSBA from the University of Pittsburgh with a major in finance. Karl is the founder and president of New Beginnings Foundation Inc., a non-profit foundation that provides housing and a supportive environment for women in recovery from alcohol and substance abuse.

Dotti Sloan

Client Account Administrator

Dotti is part of the client services team where her responsibilities include review and completion of documents for new investments, arranging funding of investments, handling purchases and redemptions for clients and interacting with clients on a daily basis for routine transactions and any special projects that may arise.

Dotti originally joined Greycourt in 2007 as part of the administration team. Dotti joined the finance industry in 1998 working for Money Concepts, and previously worked for Richard Sabo, a registered financial planner and insurance fraud investigator. There she was responsible for client service work on the financial end and assisted with legal work in the insurance area. Dotti was a paralegal from 1992-1998.

Dotti received her Associates Degree in paralegal studies from Philips Junior College and is a Notary Republic. In her spare time, Dotti serves on the Christian Education Committee and is a staff member of the Natrona Heights Presbyterian Church Youth Group and is a committee member of Boy Scout Troop 395.

Joe DiRenzo

Senior Performance Analyst

Joe joined Greycourt in 2007 as a senior performance analyst. Joe is responsible for accurately calculating performance reports for Greycourt clients. Prior to joining Greycourt, Joe was an accounting analyst at BNY Mellon Financial Corporation where his duties included maintaining accounting records, accrual and trade reconciliations and providing support to clients and investment managers.

Joe received his BSBA with concentration in finance from the University of Pittsburgh.

Kristin Powell

Senior Performance Analyst

Kristin joined Greycourt in 2007 as a senior performance analyst. Kristin is responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly and quarterly performance reports for Greycourt clients, reconciling account, custodial and manager statements, and maintaining client accounts in the Greycourt Partners Fund (GPF). She also assists the performance supervisor in staff training, communications with clients, managers and custodians, as well as special project requests from clients. Prior to joining Greycourt, Kristin was a performance analyst at Wilshire Associates where her duties included performing in-depth attribution and risk factor analysis on client portfolios, interviewing money managers, compiling and auditing client performance and analyzing custodial statements from various trustees to identify specific monthly performance attributes.

Kristin graduated Cum Laude from Duquesne University with a dual major in finance and investment management.

Amanda Gailey

Performance Analyst

Amanda (Mandy) joined Greycourt in 2002 and has served in different positions including office manager, manager research analyst and investment analyst. In her role as a performance analyst, she is responsible for reconciling client statements, auditing performance results, maintaining data downloads and updating portfolio management software. Prior to joining Greycourt, Mandy previously had internships in the financial services field at Security Asset Management and Harris & Associates Wealth Management.

Mandy received her BS in business administration from Duquesne University. She also spent time studying abroad, where her research included global economics and intercultural communications. Mandy is an active member of Greycourt’s Philanthropic Committee and has volunteered at Family House, a non-profit that provides a special home away from home for patients and or families who travel to Pittsburgh for treatment of serious or life-threatening illnesses. Mandy has also volunteered her time with the Duquesne University Finance & Investment Management Alumni Committee.

Kelly is a performance analyst at Greycourt where her responsibilities include reconciling client statements, auditing performance results, maintaining data downloads and updating portfolio management software. Kelly previously interned with Greycourt and was previously a data analyst at Wesco distribution.

Kelly received her BS in business administration from Duquesne University with a concentration in finance.
