Manager Research Expert Peter Wilamoski Joins Greycourt
Dear Clients and Friends:
Greycourt is pleased to announce that Peter Wilamoski has joined the firm as Director of Manager Research and will be based in Greycourt’s Portland, Oregon office.
Peter, who
earned a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Oregon, comes to Greycourt from the Frank Russell Company where he was responsible for evaluating U.S. Equity portfolio managers and analyzing Core, Value, Portable
Alpha, Tactical Asset Allocation and Market Neutral products.
Peter has conducted in-depth research on a variety of domestic and global equity issues and has written extensively on the processes that drive
the performance of multi-manager portfolios. Prior to his work at the Frank Russell Company, Peter taught macroeconomics and international trade and finance as a professor of economics at Seattle University’s Albers
School of Business.
At Greycourt, Peter will assume responsibility for identifying, evaluating and monitoring managers spanning a variety of asset classes. Peter will continue to employ Greycourt’s
well-established three-stage manager evaluation process. He will direct the efforts of our team of experienced research analysts and will coordinate the efforts of Greycourt’s Managing Directors who will remain
integrally involved with the manager research process.
